Through DXN Stock Point/Service leaders
You can purchase DXN products, enroll as new member and recruit prospective members in any DXN stock point with your reference. In case the products are not available in your nearest stock point please inform the Customer Service Department through letter or phone call so that we will take necessary and immediate action by making and imposing alternative plans for your every need or concern.
Make sure you receive a valid* cash bill
from the stock point/Service Leader on your every purchase.
A valid cash bill should contain:
- Your membership name and number
- Your sponsor Name and number
- The date of purchase
- Purchased quantity and its relevant value and Point value
- Stockiest seal and signature
Whenever you make purchase, please ensure that your cash bill contains all the above pertinent information.
Keep your cash bills for at least three (3) months. You also need to submit duplicate copy or photocopy of your cash bills in case you did not receive bonus upon completion of PPV in a month.
Your complaints would not be entertained if not supported with proper proof of purchase.
